Role Description

This full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based on-site in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the sales process to drive revenue growth. The role includes tasks such as training new sales team members, developing sales plans, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and efficiently managing sales operations to achieve targets. Collaboration with the marketing team to align campaigns and ensure business objectives are achieved is a key component of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop, execute, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Experience in Training sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop business growth strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with a results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales tracking software is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the business services industry, is a strong plus.
