We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist for an on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth. You will also conduct training sessions for the sales team, analyze market trends, and work on improving the overall sales processes. Collaboration with both internal teams and external partners will be a key aspect of the role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for sales teams and improve performance
• Detail-oriented and capable of analyzing market trends and sales reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is an added advantage
