Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Indore. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, building strong customer relationships, managing sales processes, and providing excellent customer service. The role also entails conducting sales training and contributing to team performance and development through effective sales management and collaboration.

Major expertise in outbound sales using different channels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive conversion targets and align with company goals.
• Ability to lead and deliver Training sessions to support team development and improve sales performance.
• Proficiency in client relationship building and a goal-oriented mindset.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing roles is an advantage.
