Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, conducting sales management activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include training sales teams, building relationships with clients, driving customer-centric solutions, and actively contributing to the company's overall growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their concerns.
  • Proven expertise in Sales, including developing strategies and meeting targets.
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training to lead and mentor sales teams efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the consumer appliances or lighting industry is preferred but not mandatory.
