Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for occasional work at Client place. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing marketing strategies, achieving sales targets, and crafting compelling presentations for client meetings. The role also involves cultivating strong relationships with clients, delivering training on services, managing the sales process, and analyzing market trends to provide insights that shape business strategies inside and outside India

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, including experience achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and maintain lasting relationships
• Ability to deliver Training sessions and support clients in understanding products and services
• Strategic thinking and understanding of market trends to develop and drive effective marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles preferred
• Experience in the regulatory or compliance sector, CRO is an advantage
