Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Jamnagar. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting products or services, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting customer training sessions, crafting effective marketing campaigns, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability in Sales, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide and support a team.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and basic knowledge of marketing principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
