Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Jamshedpur. The Specialist will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing tailored marketing strategies to promote the company's services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating marketing campaigns, nurturing existing and potential leads, providing product or service training to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales objectives. The role also requires maintaining quality customer service standards and meeting organizational sales targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build lasting relationships with clients
- Experience and proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Ability to deliver Training sessions and effectively communicate product/service value propositions to clients
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, with familiarity in market analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction and facility management industry is advantageous
