Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include driving sales, identifying potential clients, managing customer accounts, and delivering training on product offerings when required. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, fostering strong customer relationships, and coordinating with teams to meet sales objectives and promote the company's services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets
  • Experience in Training and ability to conduct product knowledge sessions as needed
  • Ability to work in an on-site team environment and achieve shared business goals
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs and market challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and scaffolding/shuttering solutions is an advantage
