Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and delivering product training to clients or team members. Other key responsibilities include managing the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the company's marketing efforts to promote brand visibility and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to strategize, execute, and meet sales targets.
- Experience in Training to support the development of internal teams or educate clients about products and solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in handling challenges.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or thermal insulation industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
