Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC & MEP business
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and clients
  • Lead tendering, proposal submission, and contract negotiations
  • Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for closures
  • Track sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports
  • Lead and mentor the sales team

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for MEP and HVAC services
  • Identify growth opportunities in MEP & HVAC including commercial AC, ventilation, DX, Applied, Pharma, etc.
  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition for MEP & HVAC projects Pan India.
  • Build relationships with developers, consultants, PMCs, architects, and HVAC consultants, OEM's, vendors.
  • Lead tendering, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Expand HVAC business across VRF, chillers, ducting, and ventilation systems
  • Manage branding, digital marketing, and company positioning
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
