The Role

We're looking for a sales closer, not a call-center agent.

You'll be speaking to warm leads who've already shown interestyour job is to:

  • Understand what kind of trip they want
  • Qualify for vibe and intent
  • Confidently close bookings

What You'll Do
  • Speak to inbound leads via WhatsApp & calls
  • Pitch Triptease group trips and custom itineraries
  • Close bookings and follow up decisively
  • Maintain clean lead notes and updates
  • Coordinate with operations once a booking is confirmed

  • What We're Looking For
    • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
    • Comfortable selling experiences, not discounts
    • Confident, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent
    • Prior sales experience (travel/events/lifestyle is a big plus)
    • Self-driven and okay with targets
