Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales/Marketing Representative to promote and drive admissions for our academy. The ideal candidate should have strong lead generation skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
This role focuses heavily on lead generation, follow-ups, and admissions conversion, making it ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales and building relationships.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at our Bengaluru campus. The role involves promoting IIHM programs to prospective students through various marketing channels, driving enrollment targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting engagement sessions such as seminars and presentations, handling sales inquiries, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with students and stakeholders. The representative will also work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to strategize and execute promotional activities.
