Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, and closing sales opportunities. Additional duties include developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, handling social media pages and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus.
