This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing role based in Gurgaon. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales operations and strategies, conducting sales training, and optimizing sales performance. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also support the growth of the company's diverse product lines through strategic marketing and client relationship management efforts.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals.
• Experience or skills in Sales Management and Training for driving team performance and growth.
• Ability to independently plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to support business development.
• Analytical mindset to assess industry trends and customer needs, promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in related domains is a strong advantage.
