Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the Head of Sales Marketing. The role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing sales teams, overseeing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The Head of Sales Marketing will work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment between sales and marketing objectives and lead efforts to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
- Proven ability in Team Management and leadership to motivate and guide sales teams
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, performance metrics, and develop data-driven strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing leadership roles, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools would be an advantage
