Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Sales and Marketing Manager. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, forming client relationships, and managing marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include identifying growth opportunities, negotiating business deals, supervising marketing activities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Customer Relationship Building and Client Communication skills
• Proven ability in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Business Development
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in RMC sales and marketing role within the construction or concrete industry is a plus
