Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Chennai . The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's educational services. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, lead generation, managing marketing campaigns, customer relationship management, and coordinating with various internal departments. The role requires strong leadership skills to drive sales targets and brand positioning in the competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Marketing Strategy
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Knowledge of the education sector and digital media is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
