Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales, branding, lead generation, and customer engagement activities for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing marketing campaigns, handling channel partners, and developing strong market presence for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for residential/commercial projects
• Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, events, campaigns & channel partners
• Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations & closures
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets
• Plan branding, promotions, advertisements & social media campaigns
• Manage customer relationship and post-sales coordination
• Build network with brokers, investors & channel partners
• Monitor market trends, competition & customer preferences
• Coordinate with design, CRM & management teams for smooth execution
• Prepare sales reports, MIS & performance analysis

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 3 - 8 years experience in real estate sales & marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing & CRM tools preferred
• Ability to manage team and achieve targets
• Experience in residential/commercial project sales preferred
