Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with customers.

Generate leads through market research and competitor analysis.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.

Handle customer objections and ensure successful conversion.

Follow up rigorously with prospects to close deals efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech preferred.

Proven 1+ years of experience in hardcore/field sales or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented mindset.
