As Sales & Marketing Intern, you will own the entire revenue engine of JJW. You'll lead both the sales and marketing teams, drive online and offline growth, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure daily impact on the balance sheet. This is a leadership role that demands maximum creativity, strategic thinking, relentless execution, and the ability to find growth opportunities everywherefrom D2C e-commerce and digital advertising to brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and beyond.

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive overall sales targets across all channelse-commerce (D2C), marketplace, and any offline/retail opportunities.
- Identify and open new revenue streams including B2B partnerships, licensing deals, retail distribution, and wholesale opportunities.
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead influencer marketing and brand collaboration initiativesidentify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators, mom bloggers, parenting communities, and kids content influencers.
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies including events, pop-ups, school partnerships, and community activations.
