Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target accounts, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.

Support the GTM team in building lead lists, account maps, and outreach trackers for real estate and other high-ticket B2C sectors.

Assist in drafting and coordinating outreach messages, follow-ups, and basic sales communication across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.

Work closely with the Founders Office on special projects across growth, sales, client strategy, hiring, operations, and business intelligence.

Prepare client research notes, competitor analysis, market insights, and internal strategy documents.

Help create and update pitch decks, proposals, business reports, and presentation material for internal and external use.

Track sales pipelines, campaign performance, client updates, and key business metrics using Google Sheets/CRM tools.

Coordinate with internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure timely execution of projects.

Support meeting preparation by creating briefs, collecting relevant data, and documenting key action items.

Take ownership of small but important business projects and ensure they are completed with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
