Key Responsibilities
- Drive advertising sales revenue through corporate clients, media agencies, and direct brands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media planners, and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities across digital, events, and branded content solutions.
- Prepare sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and media plans as per client requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal editorial, marketing, creative, and operations teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and account management for assigned clients.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Key Skills Required
- 3 -5 yrs Strong experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Sales.
- Good network with advertising agencies and corporate clients in Pune.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of digital, branded content, and integrated advertising solutions.
- Target-driven with strong business development capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver revenue growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
Preferred Industry Background
