Role Description
This is a remote internship position for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing leads, and managing the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients, tracking sales metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals.
Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, social media platforms, and internal databases
Handle both inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/courses
Qualify leads and convert them into successful enrollments/sales
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure effective lead closure
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of lead generation and the sales process
Comfortable with cold calling and regular follow-ups
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome
Must have own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection during the probation period
