Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in executing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Daily tasks may include engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, conducting training sessions where needed, and contributing to sales management processes. The role offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within a thriving technology company.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management to support sales processes and strategies
  • Skill in delivering Training sessions to motivate and guide teams
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with marketing or sales software is advantageous
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
