Role Overview
As a Supply Growth Officer, your primary responsibility is revenue generation through onboarding and converting hotels and travel agencies onto the Travifai platform.
This is a target-driven sales role requiring high ownership, consistency, and strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with hotels, travel agencies, and potential partners via calls and other channels
- Convert leads into paying customers and onboard them on the platform
- Generate your own leads through research (Google, LinkedIn, references, etc.)
- Continuously follow up until closure (Yes/No outcome)
- Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and product understanding
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline independently
- Contribute to revenue generation through onboarding and booking opportunities
- Share market feedback and suggest improvements in pitch or approach
Daily Expectations
- 30–50 calls per day
- Consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Pipeline tracking and deal management
- Continuous improvement in pitch and conversion approach

- Confident communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

Eligibility Criteria
- Final year students or graduates
- Based in Uttarakhand and available for in-office work
- BBA / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) preferred (not mandatory)
Compensation & Growth
- ₹8,000 stipend + Per Sale Conversion
- Performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)
- Full-time opportunity up to ₹35,000/month (based on performance)
