Role Description

Primary and most critical task meet the sales/revenue/lead generation target.

• Assist in enhancing and optimizing our website to increase traffic and generate quality leads.
• Work closely with team on lead generation, campaign planning, and execution.
• Engage in student counseling and manage queries related to training programs and events.
• Digital marketing including social media, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and online campaigns.
• Maintain revenue and collection records, track business leads, and update CRM/sales sheets.
• Design banners, flyers, and other marketing materials for promotions and campaigns.
• Coordinate with students for webinars, seminars, and batch announcements.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve training effectiveness and student satisfaction
• Drive sales for corporate training, classroom training, and online programs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets and revenue goals.

Brief of the role -

This is a full-time Paid Internship on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Business Development Internship at Cyber Mindsets, located in Indore (Vijay Nagar).

To start with, Digital marketing associate will be functioning as individual contributor for company to enhance training business of cyber mindsets.

He/She will be responsible to assist in developing the website cyber mindset to provide inputs from SEO point of view.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing.

Strong communication skills are also required for this role.

As a Business Development associate this position demands to have a proper alignment of marketing with sales opportunity. The role will involve tasks related to lead generation, market research, student interaction, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales and business growth.

The day-to-day job functions involve student counselling, assisting marketing team for lead generations, social media posting, revenue/collections.

The person should be capable enough to grow the business from both direction strategic and operations.

He/She is expected to be self-driven. Should be able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability and interest in lead generation and market research.

Basic understanding of cybersecurity tools like SIEM, VAPT, Endpoint Security, etc. (preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Couse completion certificate in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, or web analytics (preferred).

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Strong alignment with organizational goals and a results-driven mindset.

Freshers looking for internship (within Indore are preferred), candidates who can relocate to Indore Madhya Pradesh are also welcome.
