Hiring: Field Sales & Business Development Intern

Location: Navi Mumbai (Field / On-Site)
We are looking for hungry, sharp, and highly presentable graduates to join our core sales team. This is a labor-intensive, high-reward role. You will not be sitting behind a desk all day—you will be out in the market closing deals.
What You Will Be Doing (The Hustle):
Field Sales: Physically visiting real estate Channel Partner (CP) offices to pitch our services.
Pipeline Management: Executing relentless follow-ups and staying consistently on top of your leads to close deals.
Selling High-Value Tech: Pitching our digital marketing services (Lead Generation, Social Media Management) and proprietary Real Estate SaaS (Custom CRMs, AI social media tools, WhatsApp bots).
The Strict Requirements:
-Education: You must have fully completed your education (Recent BBA or MBA passouts only).
-The Presence: Extremely confident, impeccably presented, and a natural at negotiating.
-The Languages: Must be highly comfortable conversing in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Marwari.
The Math (Transparent Compensation):
Base Stipend: 7,000 to 15,000 per month (depending on your profile).
The Target: You must generate 5x your base stipend in net company revenue (service fees) to cover your baseline. (For example: If your base is 7,000, your monthly net revenue target is just 35,000).
How it works: Your target is calculated strictly on the service fee/retainer we charge the client. Close just 1 or 2 solid accounts, and you instantly clear your baseline and unlock your bonus!
The Perks: This is a recurring model. If your client renews the following month, their fee automatically counts toward your next month's baseline, compounding your earning potential.
The Earning Potential: Once you cross your 5x target, incentives are uncapped.
