Role Description
This is a on site role for a Sales And Marketing Intern at Silver Charms. The intern will develop clients through sales support and assist in sales management tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include
- Engaging with Prospective Clients: Reach out to potential leads over call to understand their needs and how our products can best serve them.
- Communicating Business Values: Present our company's offerings and policies in a clear, engaging way over calls and respond to their queries via WhatsApp & Messenger.
- Showcasing Our Portfolio: Share our product catalogue and website portfolio with customers to highlight our unique value and spark interest. Also maintain lead communication status on Excel sheets.
- Tracking & Reporting Progress: Prepare and submit insightful weekly reports to support ongoing business strategy and development. Post and manage product images/ reels at various portals.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus
- Pursuing or completing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Remuneration: Rs. 6000 - 8000/- Monthly. Flexible working hours.
