Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. The intern will assist with the implementation of sales strategies, enhance customer engagement through effective communication, and contribute to training efforts for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include identifying potential clients, managing customer inquiries, and supporting overall marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
• Lead generation
• Knowledge of Sales techniques and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new clients
• Ability to support Training and Sales Management activities to enhance team and partner performance
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and goal-oriented execution
• Experience or knowledge in financial services or fintech is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
