Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our Pune Division for a three-month immersive program. This role offers a unique vantage point into the financial services industry, providing hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand positioning, and the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual eager to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world market execution.
Note: This is a 3-month paid internship with the potential for conversion into a permanent or contract-based role, contingent upon individual performance and business requirements at the end of the term.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential lead opportunities.
- Sales Support: Assist in formulating and refining sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lifecycle Management: Support the sales team through various stages of the cycle, from initial lead generation to closure.
- Coordination & Training: Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions for client onboarding and internal team development.
