Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Pune. The intern will support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day activities, including developing marketing strategies, assisting in sales presentations, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Conduct market research and competitor analysis in USA, Saudi Arabia, and Europe to identify high-potential accounts.

2 - Drive outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and digital channels) to generate leads for UXccelerate.ai and IT services.

3 - Build and manage CRM databases, tracking interactions, engagement metrics, and conversion funnels.

4 - Assist in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy design, including campaign planning and product positioning.

5 - Support creation of sales collateral, investor decks, case studies, and marketing content.

6 - Prepare and present monthly reports and insights on pipeline growth, Marketing lead quality, and campaign ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 - Exceptional analytical and research skills with a business-first mindset.

2 - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messaging.

3 - Comfort with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM platforms.

4 - Passion for technology, SaaS products, AI, and digital transformation.

5 - Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
