Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Pune. The intern will assist in executing marketing campaigns, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, coordinating with clients, and attending training sessions to enhance knowledge of company products and services. The role requires effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to generate and convert leads
- Interest or experience in Sales Management and supporting clients needs
- Eager to learn and participate in Training sessions to enhance industry knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain a positive attitude, and meet targets
- Interest in the fintech sector or prior experience in finance-related roles is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
