Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern, (work from home)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to drive enrolments for our MERN Full Stack Online Training Program. The role involves lead generation, Candidate counselling, relationship building, and converting prospects into successful enrolments through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Immediate join required upon selection
3-month probation period at INR 6000 Per Month
Key Responsibilities
This is a contract-to-hire role: first 3 months is probation period, followed by full-time hire based on performance
Generate leads and drive Enrolments for the MERN Program
Connect with students/job seekers via calls, messages, and online platforms
Explain program details and benefits to prospects
Handle inbound and outbound leads through LinkedIn and job portals
Follow up regularly and convert leads into Enrolments
Support candidates from inquiry to onboarding
Assist in digital promotions and campaign outreach
Track market trends and competitor programs
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing activities
Meet monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain daily lead and conversion reports (Excel/CRM)
Work closely with HR, trainers, and marketing team
Probation Deliverables (within 3 months)

Qualifications & Experience
Any Graduate (B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / MBA / Any Degree)
MBA / Marketing specialization is a plus
Experience
0-2 Years of experience in Sales / Marketing / EdTech Counselling / Training program sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can apply
Stipend: 6,000 Per month + Incentives

Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation / digital marketing is an advantage
Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting
