Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the growth and sales team to support lead generation, outreach, campaign execution, and deal closures. This role offers direct exposure to real revenue-driven sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Research and build targeted lead lists (SaaS, D2C, startups)
- Execute email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Manage CRM updates, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Qualify leads and support discovery call scheduling
- Assist in closing deals under senior team guidance
Marketing
- Support outbound and inbound campaign execution
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Assist in content distribution and growth experiments
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Incentives & Compensation
- 15% - 20% incentive on every successful deal closed
