Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the growth and sales team to support lead generation, outreach, campaign execution, and deal closures. This role offers direct exposure to real revenue-driven sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Research and build targeted lead lists (SaaS, D2C, startups)
  • Execute email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Manage CRM updates, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Qualify leads and support discovery call scheduling
  • Assist in closing deals under senior team guidance

Marketing

  • Support outbound and inbound campaign execution
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Assist in content distribution and growth experiments
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports

Incentives & Compensation

  • 15% - 20% incentive on every successful deal closed
