Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Jaipur. The intern will assist the sales and marketing team with daily tasks including customer outreach, client relationship management, and promoting NexGen's wellness products and services. Responsibilities will include supporting sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, participating in corporate wellness and marketing programs, and contributing to promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The role also involves providing product training and support to customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing inquiries efficiently
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and support sales operations
- Experience or interest in Training and assisting customers or team members with product knowledge
- Ability to quickly learn about wellness products and services, and passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- Team-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Basic knowledge of the wellness or health industry is a plus
