About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Business Development & Marketing Intern (Paid) to support our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, and B2B outreach.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world marketing campaigns, client engagement, and sales alignment, helping drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns
- Support lead generation through email outreach, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target segments
- Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and blogs
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics
- Help prepare marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, and brochures
- Assist in managing company social media profiles and audience engagement
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, B2B marketing, or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to research, analyze data, and present insights
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Good to Have:
- Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content writing, or email marketing
- Understanding of CRM systems
