Role Description

This is a full-time Internship. and on-site role based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist with sales processes, including identifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities also include assisting in customer service initiatives, supporting sales training activities, and contributing to sales strategy development. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure strong communication and consistent execution of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management practices, including lead generation and account management.
  • Experience in supporting Training and Development initiatives for team-building purposes.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing (preferred but not required).
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for creative solutions and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
