Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in remote for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting Kalpakrushi's services. Responsibilities include providing customer service, supporting sales operations, conducting on-field training, and contributing to sales planning and strategy. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and identify growth opportunities across various platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build strong relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Skills in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, track sales performance, and achieve goals
- Experience in Training or the ability to provide on-field guidance and workshops to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity or interest in agriculture and technology-driven practices is a plus
