Role Description

• Identify and research companies, factories, SMEs, and corporate offices in Jaipur & nearby areas.
• Reach out to HR heads, Admin Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
• Fix meetings and generate confirmed opportunities for organizing Financial Literacy Workshops.
• Maintain and update a structured database of leads, follow-ups, and meeting status.
• Support in presentation coordination and workshop scheduling.
• Assist in post-workshop follow-ups and relationship building for repeat opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English)
• Confidence in cold calling and corporate outreach
• Basic understanding of marketing & lead generation
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented approach
