Location: Kolkata (South) - Work from office
Duration: 3-6 months, may extend based on performance leading to a permanent role
Stipend: INR 1.2-1.5 lacs per annum
What you will do:
- Research trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients and partners (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support business development efforts and lead generation
- Pitch ideas and take ownership of mini-projects
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Assist with SEO & SMM activities
- Create and schedule engaging content
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Go-getter mindset (you take initiative, not just instructions)
- Curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable talking to new people and building connections
- Social media savvy (you know what works)
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SMM
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with outreach, sales, or networking
- Have created content (reels, posts, blogs, etc.)
- Know tools like Canva, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, or CRM tools
