Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The role is based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting educational courses, managing customer inquiries, supporting sales strategies, and assisting in training sessions for product understanding. The intern will also contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and executing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to support client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to assist in Training programs to ensure client understanding of products and services.
• Highly adaptable with problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
