Role Description

This is a part-time remote internship role as an HR and Sales Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing recruitment workflows, and supporting personnel management initiatives. Additionally, the role involves contributing to sales marketing strategies, client outreach, and promoting the organization's programs to potential audiences. The position offers hands-on experience with the opportunity to develop industry-relevant skills while working in a collaborative and professional remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and skills in Human Resources, including HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits.
  • Understanding of Personnel Management and the ability to assist in recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • An interest in sales marketing and the ability to contribute to outreach strategies.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
