Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including assisting in lead generation, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining customer databases. The intern will help respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and participate in promotional campaigns, both online and offline. Responsibilities include gathering market insights, supporting training initiatives for sales processes, and helping track performance metrics and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Serilingampalli, where the intern will work closely with the sales and marketing team to learn and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support sales activities and understand sales processes.
- Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training to assist with sales practice sessions and knowledge sharing.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of marketing concepts, market research, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and email) will be beneficial.
