Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in promoting Gadiwalas products through in-store customer engagement, basic sales activities, and participation in local marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include supporting the sales with product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and helping maintain product displays. The intern will also contribute to marketing content, gather customer feedback, and support training activities related to sales processes and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with walk-in customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support product promotions and assist in managing sales activities.
• Basic understanding of retail or showroom operations and an interest in sales and marketing.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn, professional demeanor, and reliability in handling customer-facing responsibilities.
• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or business is an advantage.
