About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world sales and marketing. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in lead generation, client interaction, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns

Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field activities

Support the sales team in client follow-ups and conversions

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Maintain and update sales reports and customer databases

Promote products/services via digital and offline channels

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or students currently pursuing graduation / recent graduates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales, marketing, and business development

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Must have a personal laptop in good working condition and a stable internet connection

Internship & Compensation Details

First Month: Probation Period

Post Probation: 5,000 per month stipend

Total Duration: 6 Months
