Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales and marketing team in identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, and assisting in product demonstrations. Day-to-day tasks include helping manage incoming customer inquiries, maintaining CRM records, supporting customer onboarding, and gathering feedback to improve service quality. The intern will also assist in preparing sales presentations, participating in training sessions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Customer Service experience or aptitude, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Ability to support Training activities and contribute to basic Sales Management tasks such as reporting and tracking.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced technology or fintech environment; interest in payments, banking, or digital assets is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn CRM platforms.
