Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer engagement, digital marketing, lead generation, and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach activities
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Participate in sales calls and meetings to gain exposure to the sales process
Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends

Marketing Activities

Create and schedule content for social media platforms and company blog
Assist in developing marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, and email campaigns
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
Help track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
Contribute to SEO optimization efforts and website content updates

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with different departments to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency
Assist in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events, webinars, and product demonstrations
Support the development of customer testimonials and success stories
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles
Previous internship or project experience in sales or marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
