Role Description

This is a remote, performance-driven internship where you will gain real-world experience in sales and digital marketing.

You will not just generate leadsyou will work directly with the founder to understand how deals are closed and how client relationships are built.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients (D2C brands, startups, local businesses)
• Engaging with prospects via Instagram, email, and WhatsApp
• Initiating conversations using structured scripts or your own approach
• Generating qualified leads and maintaining follow-ups
• Working closely with the founder during deal closing
• Participating in training sessions to improve sales and marketing skills

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential:

• Commission of 10% 20% per successfully closed deal
• No fixed stipend

Example earning potential:

• Close 2 deals (25,000 each) Earn 5,000 10,000
• Top performers can earn 5,000 20,000+/month

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Willingness to learn and execute consistently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with digital marketing is an advantage
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields

Work Structure

• Fully remote
• Flexible working hours

• Scripts, guidance, and basic training will be provided
