BISKITS is a premium cookie business based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We specialise in crafting small-batch cookies made from clean ingredients and free of preservatives. Our focus is on creating a delightful experience for our customers through high-quality, handcrafted cookies baked in small batches.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The Sales and Marketing intern will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, social media campaigns, customer engagement, and pop-up events. Day-to-day tasks include supporting sales activities, generating digital content for the brand, conducting market research, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing and Analytics - track performance metrics, manage website updates, and conduct competitor research to inform marketing strategy.
- Sales & Customer Development - generate leads, engage customers across channels, and support sales efforts, including outreach and CRM updates.
- Social Media Management - manage social media, create visual and photo/video content, and drive engagement through active community interaction.
- Brand Promotion and Campaigns - drive brand growth through influencer outreach, campaign execution, and on-brand customer communication.
- Event and Offline Marketing - support planning special in-store events, pop-ups, or community events, promotions, and distribution of offline marketing materials.
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing/recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content trends and original ideas
- Proficient in Canva and basic design/editing tools (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Familiar with Shopify for website/product updates
- Basic experience with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools)
- Understanding of key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Strong written communication (captions, emails, basic copy)
- Good interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship building
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable with on-ground work (events, pop-ups, activations)
